bhaktāvāsaṃ smarennityamāyuḥkāmārthasiddhaye ||
Bowing my head to the God, son of Gaurī, Vināyaka, the refuge of devotees — one should remember Him daily for long life, and the fulfilment of desires and prosperity.

navamaṃ bhālacandraṃ ca daśamaṃ tu vināyakam |

dvādaśaitāni nāmāni trisandhyaṃ yaḥ paṭhennaraḥ |
na ca vighnabhayaṃ tasya sarvasiddhikaraḥ prabhuḥ ||
The person who recites these twelve names at the three junctions of the day has no fear of obstacles; the Lord makes him accomplish all things.

ಪುತ್ರಾರ್ಥೀ ಲಭತೇ ಪುತ್ರಾನ್ಮೋಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥೀ ಲಭತೇ ಗತಿಂ ॥
vidyārthī labhate vidyāṃ dhanārthī labhate dhanam |
putrārthī labhate putrānmokṣārthī labhate gatim ||
The student gains learning, the seeker of wealth gains wealth, one who longs for a child gains children, and the seeker of release gains his goal.

ಸಂವತ್ಸರೇಣ ಸಿದ್ಧಿಂ ಚ ಲಭತೇ ನಾತ್ರ ಸಂಶಯಃ ॥
japedgaṇapatistotraṃ ṣaḍbhirmāsaiḥ phalaṃ labhet |
saṃvatsareṇa siddhiṃ ca labhate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
One who recites this Gaṇapati hymn obtains its fruit in six months, and perfection within a year — of this there is no doubt.
